What's better than summer sorbet? When your kids start cooking for you. My son (aged 7) decided to be in charge of dessert tonite. His inspiration was a can of Clementina San Peligrino. Next was the box of summer nectarines from the market that we just couldn't resist. Too many to eat all on their own so a natural fit for this yummy dessert.
